Built by hackers who got tired of shallow security

We're a South African cybersecurity company founded by ethical hackers who were fed up with superficial standards in the industry. Too many clients were paying for comprehensive testing and getting automated scan reports, paying for training that is outdated or buying solutions that missed what actually mattered.

We built Subverted to change that. Manual testing combined with automated scalability. Real insights and recommendations. Actionable guidance and knowledge sharing We're driven by the knowledge that we are building a safer future for everyone.

Ulrich leads strategy and growth at Subverted. He has trained security professionals worldwide at renowned events like Black Hat and other major conferences. His passion is cybersecurity education, building the next generation of skilled practitioners. As a penetration tester and business leader, he is building a company that refuses to compromise on quality or depth. All with the focus of making the world a safer place.

Founder & CTO

Jason drives technical direction and innovation at Subverted. He's presented security research at industry conferences and trained hundreds at events like Black Hat. His mission is growing the cybersecurity community, helping people break into the industry and sharpen their skills. At Subverted, he builds our pentesting methodology, leads technical delivery and ensures we maintain international standards.
